This award goes to the head of a Thebe
non-controlled company who has demonstrated
exceptional leadership qualities and has
successfully led their company to achieve
value-add in 2011.

Thebe Company goes to someone who has been
incredibly supportive of Thebe’s goals and has
rallied behind the synergy project.
Individual Excellence Award
This award recognises an outstanding Thebe staff
member who has demonstrated exceptional
performance and has gone beyond the call of duty
to perform at a level beyond his or her normal
job requirements. This will be someone for whom
excellence is a way of life and who always
encourages their team to focus on solutions, not
problems.

Motivation
All three the nominations had their merits, but
in the end it was the selflessness and
dedication of two extraordinary ladies that made
a profound impression. Naomi combines both a
passion for excellence with compassion and
integrity and is a marvelous ambassador of the
Thebe Brand, whether it is dashing to the
airport to assist stranded clients, or reading
to disadvantaged school children during her
lunch break.
