Batsumi is Thebe Tourism's joint venture with
South Africa's leading outdoor equipment and
apparel retailer, Cape Union Mart. Batsumi is a
major stakeholder in both the Cape Union Mart
store at the OR Tambo International Airport as
well as the Adventure Centre on Quay 4 at the
V&A Waterfront.
Cape Union Mart supplies high-quality outdoor
gear and apparel for both local and
international conditions. Free presentations,
covering topics such as hiking the Otter Trail,
climbing Mount Kilimanjaro and mountain biking
expeditions in South East Asia, are hosted at
stores across the country.

climbing competitions held in-store, Cape Union
